Dear Guests!

We would like your stay to be pleasant and hassle-free. Therefore, we kindly ask you to take note of and comply with the following information. Below we provide a brief overview of our apartment house services and the use of the facilities.

1.) Check-in and check-out information:

The guesthouse is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the guesthouse by 10:00. If you wish to arrive earlier, please notify us in advance by email or phone. On the day of departure, it is possible to extend your stay provided that no new guests are arriving that day.

2.) Access system:
Guests will receive an access code via SMS prior to arrival. By entering the code on the smart handle installed on the entrance door, the door will unlock for 20 seconds. In case of any malfunction, please inform the operator.

3.) Payment terms:

A 50% deposit is required within 3 working days of booking via bank transfer. Beneficiary: Metropol Stúdió Kft, bank account number: 11600006-00000000-96475216. The remaining amount can be paid by bank transfer or in cash on-site.

The price includes VAT but does not include the tourist tax payable from the age of 18, which is 600 HUF/person/night.

Please leave the tourist tax in cash on-site next to the registration forms, after which an invoice will be issued.

4.) Cancellation policy:

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival. In case of cancellation within 14–7 days, 50% of the total price will be charged; within 7–3 days, 80% of the total price will be charged; within 3 days prior to arrival or in case of a no-show, 100% of the paid deposit will be charged as a penalty.

5.) Visitors
Only registered guests may stay in the guesthouse. Please inform the operator about any visitors.

6.) Basic services

The following are included during your stay:

– WiFi: available throughout the property, the code can be found printed in the rooms.

– TV: The apartment house is equipped with 1 smart TV, which provides only online applications and does not include traditional TV channel subscriptions. Please ensure an appropriate volume level, especially after 22:00.

– Parking: Parking is currently NOT available in the guesthouse courtyard. For unloading luggage, it is possible to stop temporarily (max. 5 minutes) on the sidewalk in front of the house using hazard lights. The nearest free parking area (Eszterházy Castle parking, 50 m) GPS coordinates:

7.) Safety
– Fire protection: Fire extinguishers are available throughout the property, including in the rooms and upstairs. They are easy to use; do not hesitate in case of fire. (Phone: 105 or 112)

– Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.

– Please do not leave windows or doors open, keep your vehicles locked and take care of your valuables. We do not take responsibility for any theft.

– It is forbidden to store flammable or explosive materials in the apartment.

8.) Cleaning policy: Bed linen and towels are changed once a week (for stays longer than one week).

Daily cleaning is available for an additional fee upon prior arrangement with the operator.

Laundry and ironing services are also available upon request after consultation with the operator.

9.) Guests’ peace

Please respect the peace of the neighbors and avoid making excessive noise. Pay special attention to maintaining quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00.

10.) Reporting issues
We kindly ask our guests to immediately report any malfunctions in the apartment to the operator.

11.) Damages
Any damage caused intentionally or through negligence must be compensated by the responsible party.
